国际图联青少年图书馆服务指南及对我国的启示——有关国际图联的研究之九

Service Guide for Youth Library Made by IFLA and Its Inspiration to China——The Ninth Study on IFLA

为了指导世界各国公共图书馆更好地为青少年提供服务以便帮助他们成功地从青春期向成年期过渡,国际图联颁布了第107号专业报告《青少年图书馆服务指南》,对涉及青少年服务的馆藏资源、服务、活动项目、人员要求、机构合作、计划与评价和宣传推广等方面进行规范和指导。文章对该指南的内容进行了详细的解读,结合我国的实际情况提出了几点对策建议,旨在指导我国公共图书馆为青少年提供更好的服务。

In order to guide the public libraries in the world to assist better the youngsters to achieve a successful transition from adolescence to adulthood,IFLA（International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions） issued its 107th professional report of Guidelines for Library Services for providing the standard and guidance in aspects of collection resources,services,event programs,staff requirements,organizational co-operations,plans and evaluations,and promotions and propagations,etc.relevant to the services for youngsters.This paper explains in detail the contents of the guidelines,and connecting with the actual conditions of China,puts forward some suggestions for China＇s public libraries to provide better services for youngsters.
