从整体思路、部门设置和管理方式3个方面论述了当前高校图书馆管理方式改进的必要性,其目的是不断提高图书馆的服务水平和服务质量,同时不断降低图书馆的运营成本。

This paper discusses the necessity of improving university library＇s current management mode from three aspects of the overall design idea,department setup and management mode aiming at continuously improving library＇s service level and service quality and continuously reducing library＇s operation cost.
