This paper discusses the development and utilization of the intelligence value of ibrary＇s collection newspapers from aspects of breaking the passive and single newspapers reading service mode,mining social,economic and political hot spots from the newspapers,mining the business value of the development of information sources on the newspapers,and mining the important significance of military sources on the newspapers,etc.
