针对"十二五"时期图书馆的转型发展新形势,分析了图书馆员现状与新形势不相适应的原因,探讨了提升图书馆员职业素养的策略。

In the light of the new transition and development situation of the libraries in the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,this paper analyzes the reasons why the current status of the librarians does not adapt to the new situation,and probes into some strategies for the enhancement of librarians＇ career competence.
