Analysis on Information Resources Sharing Strategy for Physical Education Colleges Based on System Openness

基于系统开放性理论,对体育院校信息资源共享系统的外在环境、自身定位、共享实施障碍及策略选择进行了分析,认为体育院校共享联盟整体加入现有成熟的开放性信息资源共享系统更为可行。

Based on system openness theory,this paper analyzes the external environment,self-positioning,sharing implementation obstacles and strategies selection of physical education college＇s information resource sharing system,and holds that it＇s a more feasible strategy for physical education colleges＇ sharing union to join in existing mature and open information resources sharing systems as a whole.
