国产58m^3电铲开斗系统变频改造研究

摘要 针对目前中煤集团平朔公司安家岭露天矿使用的两台国产58m3电铲投入运行的实际情况,采用PLC控制变频技术改造电铲的开斗系统,用变频器实现快速响应和高精度控制可使电铲开斗系统稳定,能以精确的控制功能配合电铲勺杆的运动和开斗控制过程,提高电铲运行效率。 In the light of the actual operation situation of two 58 m3 electric shovels used currently in Anjialing Strip Mine of China Coal Group's Pingsu Coal Industry Company,the frequency conversion was made for grabbing bucket opening system of electric shovel by using PLC.The realization of rapid response and high-precision control by using frequency converter can make grabbing bucket opening system of electric shovel stable and increase the operation efficiency of electric shovel based on the accurate control function matched with the movement of electric shovel's spoon stem and the control of grabbing bucket's opening process.
