战略性新兴产业引领“中国制造”升级初探

On the Upgrading of "Made in China" Led by Strategic Emerging Industries

本文首先分析"中国制造"的现代困境,指出其在我国的比较优势正逐步衰减,面临着转型升级的迫切性;接着对战略性新兴产业与"中国制造"的冲突性和兼容性进行了剖析,发现二者具有内在的耦合性,表明战略性新兴产业可以成为"中国制造"升级的重要着力点;在此基础上,文章从四个方面研究了战略性新兴产业引领"中国制造"升级的机理;最后,提出了战略性新兴产业引领"中国制造"升级的三种路径。

In this paper,I first analyze the modern dilemma of ＂Made in China＂,and find out that its comparative advantage in China is gradually declining,and is faced with the urgency of restructuring and upgrading.And then I make an analysis on the conflict and compatibility between strategic emerging industry and ＂Made in China＂,and find out that there is an inner relationship between them,the strategic emerging industry can become an important emphasis to upgrade ＂Made in China＂;On its basis,I make a research on the mechanism that strategic emerging industry guides ＂Made in China＂ to upgrade from four aspects.Finally,I propose three paths.
