Study on the Utilization of Digital Information Resources in the Library of Radio-television University

介绍了电大图书馆数字资源建设与利用现状,阐述了影响资源利用率的3个因素(即资源因素、读者因素、图书馆因素),提出了提高资源利用率必须树立的3个观念(即读者至上观念、开放与系统观念、服务创新观念)。

This paper introduces the present situation of the construction and utilization of digital resources in the library of radio-television university,expounds three factors（resource factor,reader factor and library factor） influencing the utilization ratio of resources,and puts forward three concepts（concept of reader first,concept of opening and system and concept of service innovation） that must be established for improving the utilization ratio of resources.
