How to Innovate university library's Service-based Education

分析了大学生读者群的特点,提出图书馆员应以人为本、以心待人、以读者为友,针对当前大学生普遍存在的心理问题,利用图书馆的优势,创新服务育人工作。

This paper expounds the features of the reader group of university students,and points out that the librarians should persist in the people-based concept,treat the people warmheartedly,and regard the readers as friends,and in the light of the psychological problems commonly existing in university students,make good use of library＇s advantages,and innovate the work of service-based education.
