从馆藏文献、人员素质、服务方式、服务手段、服务时间等方面分析了新升本科高校图书馆服务工作中存在的问题,并提出了有效开展服务工作的对策。

This paper analyzes some problems existing in the services of the libraries of newly upgraded undergraduate colleges from aspects of collection resources,personnel quality,service mode,service method,and service time,etc.,and puts forward some countermeasures for effectively developing the service.
