This paper expounds the connotations of the service industry and the important significance of speeding up the development of Heze City＇s service industry,analyzes the present situation of and main problems existing in the development of Heze City＇s service industry,and puts forward some measures for promoting the development of Heze City＇s service industry in the period of 12th Five-year Plan.
