香港债券市场的特点及对内地银行间市场建设的启示

Characters of HK's Bond Market and the Implications to the Development of Mainland Inter-bank Bond Market

香港债券市场虽然起步较晚,但发展较快,初具规模。本文从市场基础、基础设施建设、政策环境、风险控制等四个方面介绍了香港债券市场的特点,并提出完善债券市场交易体制、优化政策环境、加强市场风险管理等促进内地银行间债券市场发展的对策建议。

The Hong Kong bond market started up late compared to those in other countries, but it developed in a faster pace and acquired a relatively large scale. In this paper, we introduce its characters from four major aspects ： the market basis, the infrastructure constructions, the laws and policies and the control of risks. And we give suggestions on the improvement of the bond market system building and policy environment, the strengthening of the market risk management etc., which may help promoting China＇s inter-bank bond market.
