摘要
对管材专用料R200P,C4220及PAl4D在力学性能、微观结构、结晶性能及加工性能等方面进行了分析和表征。结果表明,PPR管材专用树脂熔体流动速率在0.2—0.3g/(10min),其乙烯摩尔分数为3%-4%,重均相对分子质量约55×10^4,结晶度约32%,具有良好的力学性能及加工性能,满足了PPR管材专用树脂的使用要求。
The ethylene - propylene random copolymers special for pipes including R200P, CA220, and PA14D was analyzed and characterized on mechanical properties, mierostrueture, crystallinity, and proees- sability. The result showed the above PPR resin had melt flow rate of 0.2 -0.3 g/( 10 min) ,molar ratio of ethylene of 3% -4%, weight average molecular weight of 550 000 ,erystallinity of 32% which showed it had good mechanical properties and proeessability, thus meeting the requirements of special resin for PPR tubes.
