摘要
在城市交通流的管理过程中,本文引入“交通流重新排队”和“公共交通排队优先”两种管理模式。在交通管理信号的红灯时间段,实现交通流重新排队。在这一重新排队过程中,公共交通有优先权。这就产生了一种新的交通管理信号法则——公共交通优先通行法则。公共交通优先通行法则.指挥公共交通优先通行,同时通过对配时时刻的调整,抑制非公共交通。本文的结论是:在我国的一些大中城市。实行公共交通优先通行法则,发展公共交通,使城市交通满足两个数学不等式——(1)a+b≤1其中:a-非公共交通流量、b-公共交通流量、1-城市(前方)道路实际通行能力;(2)a+b≥1其中:a-非公共交通客运能力、b-公共交通客运能力、1-城市客运需求量——解决我国的城市交通问题。
Regarding the process of city traffic flow management, this article introduces two management models - rearrangement of traffic flow and priority to public transportation. To rearrange the traffic flow during red lights of traffic signals, the public transportation has the priority during the rearrangement process. Thus, it appears a new signal management method- priority to public transportation, meaning that letting the public transit vehicles go first and delaying the non-public ones by adjusting the time assignment meanwhile. The conclusion of the article: In some of large-medium-sized cities, via adopting " priority to public transportation " and developing public transportation to make the city transportation meet two inequations to solve the city transportation problems in China: (1) a+b≤ 1, where, a is nonpublic traffic flow, b means public traffic flow and 1 stands for actual transportation ability of the road ahead;(2) a+b≥1,where, a is nonpublic transportation ability, b means public transportation ability and 1 stands for the transportation ability the city needs.
