摘要
对氧脱木素竹浆进行了D0EPD1三段漂白,探讨了卡伯因子、初始pH值、漂白温度和时间及甲醛用量对D0段漂白结果的影响。结果表明,在D0漂段添加0.6%的甲醛,可提高D1终漂段浆料白度,或在保持浆料一定白度时,节约ClO2用量,减少漂白废水中的有机氯化物含量,降低漂白成本。
The bamboo pulp after oxygen delignification was bleached using sequences of DoEpD1 in this paper. The effect of the factors including kappa factor, initial pH value, bleaching temperature, bleaching time and formaldehyde dosage in DO on the brightness in Do stage were discussed. The results showed that addition of 0.6% formaldehyde in Do stage can increase the pulp final brightness or can save the amount of chlorine dioxide at certain target brightness, therefore can reduce AOX load of the effluent and reduce bleaching cost.
