摘要
在我国纸浆原料特点和磨浆机理的基础上,探讨了盘磨机新型磨片动压磨浆的可行性。通过将传统磨片齿顶平面改为斜面,使动片和定片之间形成了一个收敛的间隙,从而在磨片间产生承压区,并以动压理论为基础对磨齿间纤维的受力状态进行分析。通过对纸浆中任一单元的受力情况的计算和运用牛顿黏性流体摩擦定律,分析出纸浆速度与位置的关系,进一步得到纸浆间的剪切力。在磨片实际工作时,通过测量纸浆的流量和速度可以得到磨片间纸浆的动压。纤维与纤维之间和纤维与磨齿之间产生的摩擦力所做的功正是磨浆过程所做的有用功。
On the basis of the study of the characteristic of the fiber raw materials used in China and the mechanism of refining, this article discussed the feasibility of refining using a new disc refiner based on dynamic pressure theory. The author attempted to make a pressure zone between the two discs because there would be a convergence clearance by changing the disc surface from traditional plane into slope. Then based on the theory of dynamic pressure, the force making on the fibers was analysed. Based on the calculation of the force acting on any pulp units, and using Neaton' s Viscosity & Firction Law, the relationship between filter speed and their location was analysed, and the shear forces on the fibers were found. The pressure value between the discs could obtained through the measurement of the pulp flow and speed in refining. In fact, the power of friction between the fibers surfaces is an useful work for refining.
