运用功能主义社会学和现代管理学理论,探讨图书馆内部业务流程重组的目的、内涵、作用和模式,指出在现代信息社会中,业务流程重组是解决图书馆内部功能失调问题、促进图书馆变革的重要手段。

Based on the theory of functionalism of sociology and modern mangement, this paper probes into the aim,connotation, functions and mode of the process reengineering and points out that it is an important means to resolve the functional imbalance of library and to speed up the library reform.
