摘要
分析了非桥氧,E'心等网络缺陷的能级结构,探讨了含TiO_2熔石英紫外吸收边界向长波移动的物理机制。
The energy levels of non-bridge oxygen and E' center, the network defects in non-crystal TiO2-SiO2 were discussed. The mechanism of shifting UV absorption edge of tetanium-containing vitreous quartz to long wave was given.
