The reform of the cadre system in China has reached a stage of striving ahead.To deepen reform of the cadre system,the party and governmental cadres should be divided into political cadres and administrative cadres according to their characteristics.On this basis,election of political cadres should be actively promoted and selection methods of administrative cadres should be reformed and innovated.
