充分利用区域内优质医疗资源,服务于居民健康是新医改的主要目标之一,如何达到这个目标,对区域医疗资源进行合理配置是最佳方案,但会涉及到诸如管理体制等一系列制度问题。试图通过对单种疾病生命周期管理,在不改变当前医疗机构运行机制的前提下,利用区域内居民健康服务信息网络,探索如何有效地整合区域内有效医疗资源,实现资源和信息共享,从而为医改的进一步深入提供实践依据。

Full use of high-quality regional medical resources and serving the residents＇ healthcare is one of the main goals to the new med-reform. The reasonable integration of the regional medical resources is the best solution to this objective. As a result, this wilt involve a series of system problems. Therefore, by managing the life-cycle of the certain single-disease, without changing the current medical service system, and taking full advantages of information network of the regional residents health services, this research is to find out a way to integrate the medical resources effectively and share the resources and information, so as to provide further practice and experience to the new med-reform.
