摘要
南京南站首层采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,竖向采用型钢混凝土组合结构柱,要求混凝土外观达到饰面清水混凝土效果。针对柱截面大、类型多、高度高以及型钢构造复杂、钢筋密集、清水饰面要求高等特点,进行了清水型钢混凝土组合结构柱包括钢筋深化设计和绑扎、模板支设以及混凝土浇筑、混凝土表面处理及保护等综合施工技术研究。工程实践表明,该项施工技术成功达到了设计要求,施工质量良好。
Reinforced concrete frame structure is used in the ground floor of Nanjing South Railway Station,steel reinforced concrete composite structure columns are used in the vertical direction,concrete appearance quality meets the requirement of dedicated fair-faced concrete.According to the characteristics of columns with large section,many types and high height,shaped steel with complex structure,closely spaced rebar,high requirements of dedicated fair-faced concrete,the authors study on fair-faced steel reinforced concrete composite structure column,including reinforcement detailed design and binding,formwork erection,concrete pouring,surface treatment and protection.Engineering practice shows that the construction technology meets the design requirements,the good construction quality has been proved.
