摘要
在房屋建筑领域,混凝土超长结构施工技术的研究及应用比较多也已经比较成熟,但在桥梁结构领域,超长结构施工技术研究及应用还有待充实与完善。针对南京南站155.9m整联现浇刚构正线桥梁体超长的施工难点进行了分析,提出了整体施工方案,对超长大跨现浇刚构桥梁体从支架体系、模板设计、钢筋绑扎、混凝土施工、施工检测等关键技术进行了系统研究,从而选择了合理的施工技术。经过工程实践,该施工技术成功达到了设计要求,施工质量良好。
In building construction field,a number of studies and applications of super-long concrete structure construction technology have been carried out,the technology has been fairly mature.In bridge structure field,the studies and applications of super-long concrete structure construction technology await further enriching and perfecting.According to super-long beam body construction of integral cast-in-situ rigid frame main-line bridge with 155.9m long for Nanjing South Railway Station,the authors analyze construction difficulties and the whole construction scheme,systematically study some key techniques of the beam body with super-long and large-span integral cast-in-situ rigid frame bridge,including scaffolding system,formwork design,reinforcement binding,concrete construction,engineering detection and so on,thus the reasonable construction technology is chosen.Engineering practice shows that the construction technology meets the design requirements,the good construction quality has been proved.
