摘要
针对吊车吊装中转运输砂浆的各种弊端,通过泵机选型、管路设计、现场调试与应用等,研发出适用于水泥乳化沥青砂浆大规模快速施工的泵送设备及工艺。该泵送设备可直接采用砂浆搅拌车的备用电源,不需外接电源,使用方便,操作简单,容易清洗,故障率低;泵送时对砂浆性能影响较小,泵送效率高、运距远,适于桥梁、路基、隧道等各种施工工况。现场应用情况表明,该泵送技术能大幅提高施工效率,创下单日正线灌注141块轨道板的纪录;同时节省人力物力,减少材料浪费,降低工程成本,促进文明施工。
Considering the disadvantages of crane lifting transfer transport for mortar,the pumping equipment and technology for rapid large-scale construction of cement emulsified asphalt mortar are developed by pump selection,pipeline design,field debugging and application and so on.The pumping equipment can directly use the power of mortar mixer,no external power supply,easy to use and clean,simple operation,low failure rate,less influence on mortar,high pumping efficiency,long transmission distance away,suitable for bridges,roadbed,tunnels and other construction conditions.Field application shows that the pumping technology can significantly improve construction efficiency,which sets the record of grouting 141 tracks in a single-day.Meanwhile,it can save manpower and resources,reduce material waste,reduce cost and promote civilized construction.
