摘要
胶州湾大桥收费站行车道面在服役期间将会遭受自然冻融循环、除冰盐以及海雾中氯离子的破坏。为了避免行车道面过早破坏而降低服务水平,在综合考虑李村河收费广场的施工环境以及服役环境后,提出需要桥面铺装混凝土至少满足如下要求:无原生裂缝、具有良好的抗冻融循环、抗除冰盐剥蚀、抗Cl-侵入的能力;分析并总结了原材料的性质;深入介绍了混凝土性能测试方法,以及配合比选择及性能测试方法。所配制的混凝土满足工作性、力学指标以及耐久性指标要求。
Toll station pavement of Jiaozhou Bay Bridge will suffer freezing-thaw cycles,deicing salt and chloride ions destruction in sea fog during service period.In order to avoid the premature failure of the pavement and assure the service level of the whole toll station,comprehensively considering construction environment and service environment of Licunhe Toll Plaza engineering,bridge deck pavement concrete must meet some requirements including no primary crack,good freezing and thawing resistance,preventing deicing salt denudation,preventing chloride ion penetration.The authors deeply analyze and summarize material properties,introduce the test method of concrete performance,and the test method of mix proportion selection and performance.The durable concrete meets the requirements of workability,mechanical indexes and durability index.
