摘要
近年来地暖管地面以其价格低廉、高效节能环保等优点得到广泛推广;但是由于设计和施工不当等原因,地暖管地面开裂成为地暖系统的常见质量问题,严重影响装修和后续使用。针对地暖管地面开裂问题,进行了地暖管地面混凝土裂缝现场对比试验,并对比分析了试验结果;通过一系列现场对比试验,深入研究了地暖管地面裂缝的主要成因及对开裂的影响效果,并提出了地暖管地面设计、施工的合理建议。
Cement floor with heating pipe is popular due to low price,high efficiency energy saving and environmental protection,however,the design and construction problems frequently cause cement floor with heating pipe cracking,which seriously affects decoration and subsequent use.Based on cement floor with heating pipe cracking,the field contrast test on concrete crack of cement floor with heating pipe is done,and the test results are analyzed.According to a series of field contrast tests,the authors deeply study the main causes of cement floor with heating pipe cracking and cracking influence effect,and put forward some reasonable suggestions about the design and construction of cement floor with heating pipe.
