摘要
南京南站是京沪高铁五大枢纽站之一,具有建筑规模大、工期紧等特点,地下结构防水施工期间要历经江淮流域特有的梅雨季节。地下工程防水设计采用SBS高聚物沥青防水卷材,依据规范施工前要对基底进行验收,要求基底干燥。根据梅雨季节气候特点,大面积防水施工无法展开。经过设计优化调整及细部节点深化设计,成功解决了因天气原因而影响施工的问题。通过工程实践证明,不同材料的防水卷材混合使用能够满足规范要求,保证施工质量。
Nanjing South Railway Station is one of five hub stations on the Beijing to Shanghai high railway,which has some characteristics including large scale of building,tight schedule and so on,waterproofing construction of underground structure is in plum rain season.SBS polymer asphalt waterproofing membrane is used in waterproofing design of underground engineering.Based on Chinese standard,the basement is accepted before construction,the basement must be drying.Because of climatic characteristics of plum rain season,waterproofing construction with large area can't be developed.The problems of the weather influence are successfully solved by design optimization and deepen design for joints.The engineering practice shows that mixed use with various types of waterproofing membrane can meet standard requirements and ensure construction quality.
