摘要
湖北青山热电联产工程冷却塔,筒身为双曲线混凝土结构,选用哈蒙Ш型电动爬模提升设备。详细介绍了电动爬模提升设备的适用范围,施工原理和流程,以及组装过程;总结了操作要点以及筒壁爬模施工情况;阐述了提模系统的拆除流程,筒壁施工的质量要求以及安全措施。工程实践表明,采用该项施工技术进行冷却塔筒壁施工,高效、快捷、缩短工期,满足工程进度、质量及安全文明施工的要求,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
Harmon Ⅲ electric climbing formwork hoisting equipment is used in cooling tower engineering for Qingshan Cogeneration Engineering in Hubei Province,concrete structure with hyperbolic type is adopted in the tube body.The author introduces the application scope of Harmon Ⅲ electric climbing formwork hoisting equipment,construction principle and process,assembly process in detail;summarizes operation points,construction situation of climbing formwork on cylinder wall;describes the demolition process of climbing formwork system,the quality requirements of cylinder wall construction,safety measures.Engineering practice shows that the construction technology is high efficient and rapid,can shorten construction period,meet the requirements of project progress,construction quality,safe construction and civilized construction.Good economic benefits and social benefits are obtained.
