劳动过程中的关系运作——一项基于钢筋工人的经验研究

The Operation of Relations in the Labor Process:A Research Based on Steel Workers

基于对一个钢筋工队伍劳动过程的参与式观察,描述了原有关系进入劳动过程后的运作状态,分析了关系在劳动过程中争做技术员、分班和竞争、合作的作用。研究发现,原有关系的运作不仅保障了劳动有序进行,还给艰苦的劳动和生活创造了意义;更重要的是,关系具有了一种总体性特征,从而实施着较强的约束和控制功能。

Based on participatory observation of a steel working team＇s labor process,this paper describes the operation of original relations after entering the labor process and analyzes the role of such relationship in competing to be a technician,class division,competition and cooperation.It is found that the operations of the original relationship not only guaranteed orderly labor but also gave meaning to the hard work and life.More importantly,these relations are an organic whole which plays important restrictive and monitoring role.
