摘要
现象学视野下的教育反思是促进教师自主专业发展的重要途径。它具有唤醒教师的自主专业发展意识,改进教师的教育教学行为,促进教育理论与实践相结合,形成教师个人理论等价值。现象学视野下的教育反思作为一种研究方式,其方法论是要求教师要"悬置"前见,养成批判性思维习惯,关注真实的生活体验。
A reflection on education from the phenomenological perspective is an important way to promote teachers' self-motivated professional development.Such reflection can awaken the teachers' consciousness of self-motivated professional development,improve their teaching behaviors,promote the combination of education theory with practice,and help teachers develop individual education theory.As a method of research,reflecting on education requests that the teachers put aside their foregone opinions,cultivate critical thinking habits,and pay attention to real life experience.
