摘要
校企双主体办学是当前乃至今后一段时间高等职业教育的发展方向,为了探索如何在校企双主体办学模式下更好地加强双师结构教学团队建设,对校企双主体办学模式的构建及其对双师结构教学团队的促进作用进行了分析,并就双主体-双师结构教学团队的建设内容进行了研究,提出双主体-双师结构教学团队建设的保障机制,为校企双主体办学模式下搞好双师结构教学团队的建设提供有益的探索。
The school-enterprise cooperative schooling system is the general development trend for higher vocational education.In order to explore how to build better school-enterprise teaching teams,this paper analyzes the teaching teams and suggests a safeguard mechanism for the teams,providing insight into improving school-enterprise teaching teams under the school-enterprise cooperative schooling system.
