对上海市保龄球馆经营的研究

Study on the Management of Bowling Business in Shanghai City

通过采用问卷调查和实地走访的方法。提出认为 ,目前上海市经营性保龄球馆已从高涨期走向平稳发展期 ,正处在市场发展的成熟阶段 ,虽然球馆间竞争十分激烈 ,发展速度减慢 ,但这是正常的经济现象。在分析了影响保龄球馆经营的内因、外因并提出若干方面的对策后 ,得出上海市保龄球市场还有发展潜力的结论。

Based on questionnaire and interview, it is acknowledged that the development of bowling business in Shanghai has come to a stable and ripe period after a rapid development period. It is a normal economic phenomenon that the development was lowered because of intensive competition within the trade. After analysis of the factors either promote or frustrate the business, some development strategies were put forward and it is concluded that, although not as profitable as several years ago, bowling business in Shanghai still has room to develop.
