摘要
作者提出 ,暗示在体育训练与教学中具有积极作用。并就言语暗示、动作暗示、标志物暗示的方法与效果加以阐述。
It is proposed in this paper that suggestion or implication played active role in sports training and teaching. The methods and effects of implication, such as speech, action, and sign were also described.
