摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定红花注射剂中重金属铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)的残留量方法。方法 采用微波消解法,以72锗1、15铟2、09铋为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述5种元素的残留量。结果Cu、As、Cd、Pb、Hg的标准曲线的相关系数0.999 3~0.999 9,回收率为95.3%~103.6%,其RSD在1.1%~3.4%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于红花注射剂中重金属的残留量。 Objective To establish the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) determination of Cu (copper), As (arsenic), Cd (cadmium), Pb (lead), and Hg (mercury) of heavy metals and deleterious elements in Honghua Zhusheye. Methods The sample was digested with the microwave digestion system, with 72 Ge,USin, and 209Bi as internal standard, using ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of the 5 elements. Results The standard curve correlation coefficient of Cu , As, Cd, Pb, and Hg was 0. 999 3-0. 999 9, the recovery was 95.3%- 103.6%, and the RSD of 1. 1%-3.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the determination of heavy metals and deleterious elements in Honghua Zhusheye.
