Unreasonable use of medicine in 3 000 prescriptions

目的了解某三甲医院不合理用药的情况。方法 随机抽查2009年11月至2010年6月住院病历3 000份,对不合理用药情况进行汇总分析。结果住院医嘱中不合理用药现象主要涉及选药不当、无指征用药、给药方案不合理、药物联用不合理、存在配伍不当或配伍禁忌等。结论某院用药存在诸多缺陷,需要管理部门和临床药师采取更有力的措施,加大考核力度,促进医师与药师之间专业知识的交流,更好的为患者服务。

Objective To analyze the unreasonable prescription of medications in a Third Grade Class hospital. Methods A total of 3 000 prescriptions were selected randomly from November 2009 to June 2010, and unreasonable pre scriptions were statistically analyzed. Results The unreasonable use of medicine mainly included improper selection of medicine, no indication of medicine, unreasonable dosage, unreasonability combination, unreasonable compatibility and so on. Conclusion Many defects exist in the use of medicine in this hospital. Measures should be taken to promote the communication between doctors and pharmacists to better serve the patients.
