护理干预与胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation of nursing intervention and insnlin pump for treating type 2 diabetes

观察护理干预与胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。选取符合1999年世界卫生组织（WHO）糖尿病标准的2型糖尿病患者35例，观察采用心理、技术、饮食、运动等全方位的护理与胰岛素泵强化治疗前后、餐前、餐后及睡前血糖变化。胰岛素泵强化治疗后，餐前、餐后和睡前高血糖在短期内得到控制，并稳定于良好范围内。综合护理与胰岛素泵强化治疗用于2型糖尿病患者，能有效地控制血糖水平，避免急性并发症，减少和延缓慢性并发症，提高生活质量。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect d nursing intervention and insulin pump for intensification treating type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 35 patients with type 2diabotes were selected according to the principle of WHO in 1999. The variation of nursing about psychological, technology, diet and mobility after meal and before sleeping, whose had been nursing well and been treated with insulin pump by subcutaneous injection were observed. Results After intensification treatment with instdin pump, the blood sugar levels of the patients were controlled well within a short time and to an ideal scope steadily before meal, after meal and before sleeping. Conclusions The intensifi-cation therapy with nursing and insulin pump for patients with type 2 diabetes can also reduce the risks of both high insulin levels at night and hyperglycemia in the morning. It can avoid acute complications, lessen and postpone chronic complications, and enhance the quality of life.
