胸腔镜治疗87例老年自发性气胸的围手术期护理

总结87例经胸腔镜治疗老年自发性气胸患者的围手术期护理经验。护理重点包括密切观察生命体征，呼吸道管理，观察和记录引流量，预防感染，给予充分的营养支持，及时进行术后功能锻炼等。患者2周后出院，出院时呼吸功能良好，未出现肺不张及复张性肺水肿等严重并发症。

To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 87 aged patients with spontaneous Pneumothorax treated by the thora-coscope. The points d nursing were included observing the vital sign, managing the respiratory tract, recording the amount of drainage, prevenring infection, providing sufficient nutritional support and undertaking the postoperative dirigation. All patients were discharged from hospital after two weeks, they had good respiratory function and without severe complications of atelectasis and re -expansion pulmonary edema.
