合肥市空巢老人慢性病患病情况及社区护理需求的调查

The prevalence of chronic diseases and demands of community nursing among empty nest elderly in Hefei City

目的了解合肥市空巢老人的慢性病患病情况及社区护理需求,为空巢老人的社区健康管理提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,由经过系统培训的调查员在社区卫生服务站或入户对1 016名空巢老人进行问卷调查。结果空巢老人慢性病患病率为67.52%,患病居前5位的慢性病依次是高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、脑血管病、慢性支气管炎。在社区护理需求方面,健康指导占63.48%,健康体检占63.78%,上门诊疗占71.06%,家庭病床占58.17%。空巢老人对健康教育方式的需求排在第1位的是讲座,获得渠道需求排在第1位的是医疗机构。结论空巢老人的慢性病发病率较高,社区护理应以老年人需求较高的健康指导、健康体检、上门诊疗和家庭病床为工作重点。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases and community nursing demands among the elderly of empty nest in Hefei City, and provide basis to community health management for the elderly. Methods The self - designed questionnaire was used to survey l 016 empty nest elderly in community health service centers or at residents/home. Results The prevalence of chronic diseases was 67.52%. The top five chronic diseases were hypertension,coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebrovascnlar disease and chronic bronchitis. The major demands of community nursing were health education （63.48%） ,regular physical examination（63.78% ） ,home care （71.06%） and family bed（58.17% ）. The empty nest elderly preferred health lectures from medical institutions. The health education demands of empty nest elderly was the lecture and the obtain channel demands was the medical institutions in the first row. Conclusion The prevalence of chronic diseases is high among the elderly of empty nest. Community nursing should focus on the major demands of the elderly such as health education, regular physical examination, home care and family bed.
