防范及应对患者跌倒的方法与效果

目的探讨防范及应对患者跌倒的方法。方法对护士进行防范患者跌倒专项培训,提高安全意识及管理能力。对患者进行全面评估、醒目标识、切实履行告知义务、严格落实防跌倒护理措施、加强质量控制等多层面管理。结果护士相关知识技能掌握程度提高,患者跌倒发生率下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用对护士进行专项培训、对患者进行多层面管理的措施,能降低患者跌倒发生率,提高护士预防跌倒的相关知识和技能。

Objective To explore the methods of preventing and coping with falls and their effects. Methods Nurses received falls prevention training to improve their awareness of safety and management abilities. Multi -level management measures were implemented, such as overall assessment of patients, giving eye - catching logo, fulfilling the obligation of informing patients, strictly implementing falls prevention measures, and strengthening quality control. Results The score of related knowledge of nurses was higher than before （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the rate of falls of patients was lower than before （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The falls - special training for nurses and multi - level management of patients can reduce the rate of falls of patients and increase the knowledge and skills of nurses in fall pracention.
