摘要
目的探讨实践学习法培养新护士长管理技能的实际应用效果。方法选取2009年竞聘上岗的18名新护士长,应用实践学习法进行培训,比较新护士长培训前后管理技能变化。结果除对管理培训期望值、时间管理和工作目标明确外,新护士长的其他管理技能均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用实践学习法对新护士长进行综合性护理管理技能培训,既可保证新护士长学到扎实、系统的护理管理知识,又可培养其临床护理管理实践能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of practical study method applied in managerial skills training of new head nurses. Methods Eighteen new head nurses selected by competition in 2009 were chosen to receive the training by practical study method. And their ability of management before and after training were compared. Results The management skills of new head nurses were improved after the training except the expectation value of management training, time management and definite work objective( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Application of practical study method in comprehersive management skills training of new head nurses may help the new head nurses to grasp the theory of management, and cultivate their practical ability of management, which should be applied widely.
