亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶及内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与云南汉族人群原发性高血压的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨云南汉族人群原发性高血压(EH)患者与亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因多态性的关系.方法 选择122 例住院患者,均行动态血压及相关临床检查确诊为原发性高血压;同期45 例对照,均行动态血压排除高血压.应用基因芯片技术检测MTHFR及eNOS基因多态性,并比较其基因型及等位基因频率.结果 高血压组与对照组人群中MTHFER基因型分布(94.3%比97.8%)及T等位基因频率(47.95%比48.89%)比较差异均无统计学意义(P=0.435,P=0.879);两组eNOS 基因型分布(77.9%比86.7%)及D等位基因频率(11.48%比6.67%)比较差异均无统计学意义(P=0.236,P=0.197).结论 MTHFR及eNOS基因多态性可能不是云南汉族人群原发性高血压发病的易感基因. Objective To investigate the correlation between patients of the Han nationality in Yunnan Province suffer from essential hypertension and the polymorphisms of genes as MTHER and eNOS. Methods 122 hospitalized patients were diagnosed of essential hypertension through ambulatory blood pressure and related clinical examination while 45 patients compared were excluded through ambulatory blood pressure. The polymorphisms of the genes of MTHFER and eNOS were detected by gene chip technique and their genotypes and genotypes frequencies were contrasted. Results There was no significant difference of genotypes and T allele frequencies (47.95% vs 48.89%)of MTHFER between the group of patients suffer from EH and the matched group (P=0.435, P=0.879). There was no significant difference of genotypes and D allele frequencie8 (11.48% vs 6.67% ) of eNOS between the two groups (P=0.236, P=0.197). Conclusion MTHFR and eNOS gene polymorphisms may not be the predisposing genes of the essential hypertension of the Han nationality in Yunnan Province.
