782份教师心电图分析

ECG analysis of 782 teachers

目的 了解教师常规心电图检查结果,观察教师心脏健康状况.方法 选择782名教师,分为小学组、初中组及高中组,行常规心电图检查,比较各组差异,对主要心电图异常表现进行分析.结果 高中组教师心电图异常检出率明显高于初中组和小学组（P＜0.05）.在异常心电图中,ST-T改变发病率最高（35.15%）.结论 教师的工作压力较大,心脏健康状况不容忽视.

Objective To observe the heart health of teachers by analyzing the ECG. Methods 782 teachers, divided into three groups according to there professional category： primary school group, junior high school group, senior high school group. The electrocardiogram （ECG） differences were compared in each group. Results The anomalous ECG relevance ratio in senior high school group were higher than primary school group and junior high school （P〈0.05）, in which the ST-T change were the highest （35.15%）. Conclusion The work pressure is very heavy in teacher＇ s, the heart health of teachers need be paid attention.
