This article points out that we should fully realize the importance and hardness of the reform of state owned enterprises and firmly believe that the “Decision” is a programmatic document for pushing on the reform of state owned enterprises.Therefore,we must learn the “Decision” seriously and understand profoundly and carryout conscientiously the spirit of the “Decision” so that we can deepen our understanding and quicken the steps of state owned enterprises.
