苦荞对高寒山区杂交猪育肥及屠宰性能的影响

Effect of Tartary Buckwheat on Fattening and Slaughter Performance of Hybrid Pigs in Alpine Mountain Areas

为研究12%、24%苦荞代替育肥猪日粮中部分玉米和麸皮对猪育肥及屠宰性能的影响,试验选取体重20 kg左右健康大白猪(加×美)二元杂种猪仔猪24头(3～4周龄断奶,保育到8周龄)随机分为3组,即对照组、苦荞Ⅰ组和苦荞Ⅱ组,每组8头。试验结果表明,12%苦荞组能提高外二元猪育肥效果,且对眼肌面积与大理石纹指标也有提高,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);24%苦荞组会降低外二元猪育肥效果与肉质品质。

In order to study the effects of fagopyrum tataricum on fattening and slaughtered performances of alpine and mount region hybrid pig, 24 binary hybrid pig（ D × Y） about 20 kg and 8 weeks were chosen, and they were randomly allocated into three dietary treatments：control group, F. tataricum group Ⅰ （ 12% F. tataricum）, F. tataricum group Ⅱ （24% F. tataricum）. The results showed that the F. tataricum group I improved the fattening effects of hybrid pig , the eye muscle area and the index of pork marbling were larger than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） significantly. The F. tataricum group Ⅱ reduced the fattening performances and the quality of pork.
