高血糖患者外周血细胞与代谢因素的改变

摘要 目的:探讨高血糖患者外周血细胞及相关代谢因素的变化。方法:对本院医务人员中150例高血糖患者和232例血糖正常者的血细胞形态和血清生化检查资料进行对比分析。结果:与正常对照组比较,高血糖组外周血白细胞[(6.22±1.44)×109比(6.72±1.42)×109]、红细胞计数[(4.58±0.4)×109比(4.73±0.5)×109],血谷丙转氨酶[(18.4±9.5)U/L比(35.0±28.7)U/L]、总胆固醇[(5.02±0.89)mmol/L比(5.60±0.9)mmol/L]和甘油三酯[(1.50±1.17)mmol/L比(3.48±4.14)mmol/L]、血压[(119.8±19.8)/(75.4±10.5)mmHg比(132.4±18.5)/(79.7±10.9)mmHg]水平明显升高(P<0.05~<0.001)。单因素直线相关分析表明血糖与年龄、体重、收缩压、舒张压、谷丙转氨酶、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平、外周血白细胞计数和红细胞计数呈正相关(r=0.093~0.286,P<0.05)。结论:高血糖患者存在外周血细胞和代谢指标的改变,可能与其急慢性并发症的发生有一定联系。 Objective: To investigate changes of peripheral blood cells and related metabolic factors in patients with hyperglycaemia. Methods: Blood cell form and serum biochemical examination data were compared and analyzed in 150 cases with hyperglycaemia and 232 cases with normal blood sugar level from medical workers of our hospital. Results: Compared with normal control group, there were significant increase in peripheral blood white cells [ (6.22±1.44) ×10^9 vs. (6.72±1.42) ×10^9], red blood ceil count [ (4.58±0.4) ×10^9 vs. (4.73±0.5) ×10^9], ala- nine transaminase [ (18.4±9.5) U/L vs. (35.0±28.7) U/L], total cholesterol [ (5.02±0.89) mmol/L vs. (5.60 ±0.9) mmol/L], triglyceride [ (1. 50±1.17) mmol/L vs. (3. 48±4.14) mmol/L] and blood pressure[ (119.8± 19.8) / (75.4±10. 5) mmHg vs. (132. 4±18. 5) / (79.7±10.9) mHg] in hyperglycaemia group (P〈0.05- 0. 001 ). Linear cowelation analysis of single factor indicated that hyperglycaemia was positively correlated with age, weight, blood pressure, alanine transaminase, cholesterol, triglyceride, peripheral white and red blood cell counts (r =0. 093-0. 286, P〈0.05). Conclusion: There are changes of peripheral blood cell and metabolic factors in pa- tients with hyperglycaemia. That may be related with occurrence of acute and chronic complications.
