Multiple overlapped coronary stents for treatment of coronary artery perforation: a case report

摘要 1临床资料患者男性,47岁,因胸痛10 d于2011年7月11日入院。既往有高血压病史2年,吸烟600年支,无冠心病家族史。查体：血压136/95 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）;心界不大,心率70次/min,律齐,未闻及杂音。心电图：急性下壁、正后壁心肌梗死。心脏彩超：右室侧壁活动减弱,射血分数（EF）51%。肌钙蛋白：外院2011-07-01检测为1.
