误诊为结节性甲状腺肿囊性变的颈胸部囊性淋巴管瘤1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,28岁,因左颈部突发无痛性隆起2周入院,无吞咽及呼吸困难,无声嘶、胸闷、咳嗽、发热等。术前B超示左甲状腺结节性肿伴囊性变,大小4 cm×4 cm×3.5 cm,CT示左甲状腺下极巨大囊性肿块占位,侵及上纵隔,大小约5 cm×6 cm×5 cm（图1）,诊断为巨大结节性甲状腺肿囊性变。
