摘要
高温高压条件下分散染料耐碱性差,容易水解,常常因此造成色差、缸差以及色花等染疵。市售pH缓冲剂,具有很强的抗酸抗碱缓冲能力,能消除水及织物带入的酸碱性物质对染浴pH值的影响,使染浴pH值保持稳定,提高染色重现性。
Disperse dyes tend to hydrolyze due to their poor alkali resistance under high temperature and high pressure condition, Thus color deviation and dyeing defects are easily caused during disperse dyeing. Commercial pH buffering agent has better buffering ability, so it can eliminate the influence of acid and alkali substance introduced by water and fabric on the pH value of dye bath and improve color reproducibility.
