工艺质量的过程控制是染整生产节能减排的关键之一,文中阐述了速度和张力控制、温度和湿度的控制、浓度和液位的控制、配液计量控制、pH值控制和织物单位面积质量等染整工艺自动化发展趋势。
Process quality control is essential to energy saving and emission reduction of textiles wet processing. In this article, the developments of process automation in dyeing and finishing are introduced, such as control of speed and tension, control of temperature and humidity, control of chemical concentration and liquid level, control of metering, control of pH, as well as surface density of fabric.
