摘要
在五釜流程聚酯制造中,在原料中添加中纯度对苯二甲酸(QTA)进行聚酯生产可以降低生产成本。针对生产中乙二醇回收精馏塔(工艺塔)出塔产物指标的变化,对工艺塔操作控制进行优化试验研究。采取稳定酯化反应,增加回流比,控制塔温等一系列措施,使出塔物产品指标稳定,做到QTA添加后工艺塔产物指标基本不受影响。
In the polyester of five autoclaves process, the amounts of moderately purified terephthalic acid (QTA) were added gradually to the raw materials for reducing cost in the polyester production. Theoptimized experiments for the control of process tower operation were studied to the change of the index of the exit products in the process. A series of measures were taken, including stablizing the esterificationreaction, increasing reflux ratios, controlling the temperature of process tower to make the stable index of the tower exit products and the products of process tower not affected basically by adding QTA.
