摘要
介绍了在涤纶长丝生产过程中,采用节能改造措施,解决了由产品升级和产量增加所带来的压缩空气供气紧缺问题。通过压空供气管道改造,确保了生产系统供气稳定。介绍了对长丝生产主网络喷嘴进行不同孔径耗气量的测定,验证在压力范围、纺丝纤度、卷绕速度和喷嘴头数相同条件下,改造具有显著节气效果。同时介绍了压空系统采取减压增量节能技术,制定出相应下调压空系统离心机出口压力,可以在确保生产稳定的条件下,实现稳定生产和节约用电的显著效果。
The modification measure of energy saving was adopted to solve the shortage of compressed air supply caused by product upgrading and production increment in the polyester filament production.Through re-arrangement of compressed air supply piping, the air supply during the production was stable. The measurement was made on the consumption of interlacing nozzles with different diameters. It testedand verified that the result of the air saving was remarkable at the conditions of same pressure range, spinning titer, winding speed and nozzle head number. In the meanwhile, the paper presented the energysaving technology of pressure reduction and air supplying increment in compressed air system, outlet pressure of centrifugal compressor was cut down accordingly. Under this circumstance, the operation wassmoothly and power saving was greatly.
